Salmon Fishing Scotland July 2008.
Good afternoon for Raymond Hughes on Benchil at Stanley.
The luck of the Irish as Raymond Hughes finally lands his first Tay salmon from the Benchil beat of the lower Tay below Stanley, Perthshire, Scotland. A fine 12 pounds fresh run cock salmon caught on a flying C in the Skellies part of the Benchil beat.
Raymond hooks the fish on his first cast but the fish heads for the rough water.
worrying times as Raymond hangs in to the sea liced fish.
Safely on the bank with the proud captor.
