Good day at Benchil, Stanley, Perthshire, Scotland.
James McKay from Perth had a good day at Benchil on the lower Tay just below Stanley to-day (12/07/2008) This is James with a fresh run Salmon of about 10lbs from the Long Shot pool caught on a Flying C.
James hooks another salmon in the lower skellies.
The fresh salmon is successfully netted after a tremendous fight in the fast water.
The proud captor with the sea liced fish. There was also 3 sea trout caught during the day up to 3lbs.
