Today (28/08/2009) was another successful day on the Benchil beat of the lower tay just below Stanley, Perthshire, Scotland. We caught 4 salmon and lost as many as well.

This is James Friendship into a good salmon spinning from the Aitken Head pool on the bank first thing in the morning.

The fresh salmon was landed after a good fight. The 11 pounds sea liced salmon took a flying c. James then hooked another 3 salmon but did not land any of them. That's fishing for you.
