Steve Jones has a mighty tussle with an autumn salmon on the Pitlochrie beat at Stanley, Perthshire, Scotland. The salmon was hooked in the Horsey pool but before long it was down in the rough water called the Skellies. After several attempts to get the fish back up into the pool the boat had to go down and net the fish in the rough water. Steve successfully landed the cracking 13 pounds salmon after a monumental battle.
