Salmon Fishing Scotland Catching Spring Salmon on the Tay March 2010.

Salmon Fishing Scotland Catching Spring Salmon on the Tay March 2010.

It was a good day at Stanley today with 2 spring salmon landed. There seemed to be a few spring salmon about today after the slight rise in the river level last week. It remained cold but salmon were reported from Stanley, Stobhall, Taymount and Ballathie.
March is normally a prolific spring month on the lower Tay so let us hope this is the start of some good catches on the river.
