Salmon Fishing Scotland Spring Salmon Fly Fishing on the lower Tay, Perthshire, Scotland May 2011.

The low water on the Tay is certainly giving good sport on several beats this week.
Scottish Ghillie Stuart Lean caught this fresh salmon in the Bleachings on the lower Redgorton beat last night on a floating line and a size 12 sparsely dressed cascade at 7pm fresh off the tide covered in sea-lice. He then caught 2 sea-trout for good measure.

Brian McLeod with a 14 pounds sea liced salmon caught fly fishing at Cargill.

Stewart Jennet with a cracking 22 pounds spring salmon again on the Cargill beat but this time on a Rapala.
