March has arrived and the spring salmon are running the Tay in Perthshire, Scotland. It was another good day on the river with quite a few spring salmon caught.
Kenneth Johnston with a lovely fresh springer from the Pitlochrie pool on the Pitlochrie beat at Stanley, Perthshire, Scotland. This was his first spring salmon.

Harry Morrison with a spring salmon from the Islamouth beat at Meikleour. They finished with 2 for the day with the biggest weighing 15 pounds.

Steven Watt with a 15 pounds spring salmon caught from the Linn pool on the Taymount beat just above Stanley. The salmon was covered in long tailed sea lice.
