Salmon Fishing Scotland Returning Spring Salmon on the Tay.

Salmon Fishing Scotland Returning Spring Salmon on the Tay.

Spring salmon are an extremely important resource on all rivers and especially on the Tay in Perthshire, Scotland. On the Tay we are asking everyone to return all spring salmon caught to keep the numbers up for spawning and increase the numbers for the future.
This was a 15 pounds spring salmon caught on the Islamouth beat today at Miekleour being carefully returned back to the river for the future. This was one of 2 spring salmon caught at Islamouth today.
