Drew Wood from Kelso with a lovely fresh autumn salmon from the little shot on the lower Tay Benchil beat just below Stanley, Perthshire, Scotland. Drew caught his salmon first cast in the morning on a rapala.

Can any1 tell me why it looks like it has no head!!!! Is it a farmed fish

Pretty common on the tay. When they reach fresh water they stop eating. Experts in the field believe that by 2060 all salmon will be navigating our rivers with no head making our flies redundant.
