Salmon Fishing Scotland Autumn Salmon Fishing at Stanley Perthshire Scotland October 2008.
James McKay hooks a good salmon harling from the boat in Aitken Head on the Benchil beat of the lower Tay below Stanley, Perthshire, Scotland. The salmon was lande and returned to the river.
James again playing a good 12 pounds salmon in the Todd holes on a Rapala which was hooked from the boat.
James landed the salmon and released it back to the river. Notice how the salmon is never out the river giving it the maximum chance of survival. Keeping them in the river enables them to recover very quickly after being unhooked.
Alistair Sheach hooks a fantastic salmon in the little shot on a devon which Mark Emms nets.
A 22 pounds hen fish fresh off the tide.
This prize salmon was released back to the river. Well done Guys you are true sportsmen.
