Salmon Fishing Scotland Large Summer Salmon landed Fly Fishing on the Tay 2012.

The river Tay has settled back after the recent rain and sport has improved. This was the case at Islamouth today on the Lower Tay and fly fishing was the preferred method for a Norwegian party.

This was Bjorn Wicklund with a superb 25 pounds beauty caught on the fly in the Longhead pool on the Islamouth beat. The fish gave an outstanding fight for Bjorn but it was safely returned to the river.
