Salmon Fishing Scotland Great Skua on the Tay at Stanley.

Salmon Fishing Scotland Great Skua on the Tay at Stanley Perthshire Scotland.
After the sighting of several Guillemots on the river over the last few weeks to-day (27/09/2007) a Great Skua came floating past. This is a sea bird and is very much out of context on the Tay. It must have been blown over from the west on high winds and was following the river back to the sea. For more details on this bird click here.

Fantastic! What next a "Pelican Crossing" or a "Penguin Biscuit".

Birdwatching much better than killing fish.
Please keep educating us.
