Salmon Fishing Scotland Spring Fishing on Catholes, Stanley River Tay, Perthshire 2016.
Early in the Tay spring salmon fishing season cold conditions favour the lower river around Stanley. Currently the majority of spring salmon are being caught in this area with river temperatures below 40F/4.5C.
