Salmon Fishing Scotland Spring Salmon Fishing May 2015.

Salmon Fishing Scotland Spring Salmon Fishing May 2015.

There was some very heavy rain showers in Tayside yesterday and the river was a bit unsettled however the spring salmon fishing week got off to a good start with several salmon landed throughout the river. Conditions should be starting to settle down and sport will pick up as we go deeper into the week. Good numbers of fish are running the river.
A boat braving the elements on Upper Islamouth and Meikleour.
A cracking fish caught from the Ferry pool on Newtyle.
Michael Turner with a good fish caught on the fly from Dalmarnock.
A delighted Paul Davies with a 17 pounds fish caught at East Haugh on the Tummel late last week.
