Salmon Fishing Scotland Longhorn Cows.
This is one of the Stanley herd of Longhorn Cows breed by Charlotte and Andrew Gifford at Stanley House in Stanley, Perthshire, Scotland. 
The Cows have won numerous prizes at Shows throughout the country.
Traditional Longhorn beef hung for 21 days is available from Les at the Stanley butcher from about the 21st September. If you wish to order any Telephone Les on 01738 828267. Order asap as it goes very quickly.

Here a peach of a Tay Springer of 16 lbs which was our first Tay fish of
the year 2 seasons ago. This fine specimen was returned to the river as
usual.
