invite you to join them in their celebration of the Opening of the Salmon Fishing season on the Tay.
9.00am Meeting on the Riverbank above the Bridge
Procession of Boats from Hilton Dunkeld
Blairgowrie and Rattray Pipe Band
Procession of Rods and guests through Dunkeld
Opening of the River by John Swinney MSP and Pete Wishart MP
9.30am Breakfast Reception - Riverbank Marquee, Taybank Hotel, Dunkeld
Local supporters, anglers, friends, schools and visitors to the area are all most welcome

at the Evening Gathering - 7pm to 11.00pm

After Christmas and New Year the river Tay in Perthshire, Scotland is now counting down to the opening of the 2011 Atlantic Salmon season with great anticipation. This year there is another opening day event at Dunkeld and all are invited. More details will follow.
